Please make a donation to Stay at Home in Wilton by completing the following form. Our modest membership fees fall far short of the funds needed to sustain our organization.  Stay at Home in Wilton does not receive funding from any national, state or local governments.  We rely solely on your generous support.

We are a 501(c)(3) Public Charity that gets no funding from any governmental agency, yet we do work closely with all local Wilton Town services. We rely on donor support because our member fees cover less than half of our expenses. Hence, your contributions to Stay at Home in Wilton are very important for our operation. We will acknowledge all donation with a letter stating that the contribution is fully tax deductible. For pennies a day, members have access to resources, services and events – all included in the low membership fee.

Donating stocks or other securities
Donating appreciated stock shares is particularly attractive because you not only get a full deduction for the value of your shares, you also avoid paying taxes on the capital gain on those shares. Transferring appreciated stock shares is quite easy. Just instruct your broker to transfer the shares via DTC 0443 to “Pershing LLC account number A6G-222413 fbo Stay at Home in Wilton Endowment”. At the same time, please send a letter to our PO Box identifying your transfer and how you want it designated, so that we may appropriately acknowledge it.

An important message from Sally Maraventano Kirmser, President of Stay at Home in Wilton on donating to our organization.

THANK YOU FOR SUPPORTING OUR SENIORS….

Kevin Wall, recently announced the 2020 recipient of the Community Outreach Program:  Stay at Home in Wilton!

“The Arthur J. Wall Jr. Memorial Scholarship Fund is thrilled to continue our Community Outreach Program and award Stay At Home Wilton $5,000 from the proceeds of our annual September golf outing.  The golf outing is our only fundraiser and, beginning in 2012, we started to give back to other 501 (c)(3) organizations who help Wiltonians and the larger Wilton area – to date we have awarded over $65,000 to non-profits and simply could not do it without the golfers who play and friends and businesses who support our outing each year.  We are very grateful for the support we receive each year and pleased to help out other organizations who give so much to others.”, stated Kevin Wall.

Sally Maraventano Kirmser, President of Stay at Home in Wilton added, “This donation means so much to our organization and is so personal since Sue Wall has been a volunteer with Stay at Home in Wilton for many years.   It is so fitting that the legacy of the fund is now helping seniors who were contemporaries and friends of Art and Sue.”

Past recipients of the annual $5,000 gift have been Special Olympics of Connecticut, Trackside Teen Center, Wilton Police Gift Fund, Wilton Youth Council, Wilton Volunteer Ambulance Corps, Wilton Student Financial Aid Committee, Riverbrook Regional YMCA, Wilton Children’s Library and Child Guidance Center of Lower Fairfield County.    www.ajwallfund.org
